Shipping Policy
Shipping Process
1. Order Processing & Fulfilment:
Once the order is confirmed and verified, it will be processed by our warehouse system, awaiting product fulfilment. Depending on the availability of the ordered items, the order processing time varies for each order. Your order will be processed and shipped out in its entirety, and we will email you to confirm the estimated processing time if any of the items you ordered have different availability statuses.
You may refer to the following stock status to estimate the processing time.
- In Stock: Usually shipped within 24 hours
- Out of stock: We will confirm the dispatch date of the item and email you
Cut-off time for orders will be 12:30 on every business day, order received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
2. Order Packing:
We will begin packing your order as soon as all of the order items are available in our warehouse to ensure it can be shipped out as soon as possible.
3. Order Shipped:
You will receive an email with tracking numbers as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse and collected by the courier. Depending on the shipment option you select during checkout, shipping can take 1 - 3 business days.
*Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. Shipping may also take longer during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather.
*Please take note of the shipping cut-off date when placing your order due to the holiday season.
Shipping Location
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, and all orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Bristol.
Standard & Express Shipping Service & Rate
DENTHYPE currently offers standard shipping and express shipping for UK orders. The shipping fee will be different for order value and destination. Please refer to the chart for details below.
Please take note that shipping to remote area will take 2 – 3 business days more, as well as an additional shipping charge will be charged for delivery of remote areas. Such shipping charges will be added and shown as shipping surcharge in your checkout order amount. Please check with your postal code to get the remote area shipping fee here.

Delivery Time
The delivery time is determined by the product available status and the selected shipping service. Product availability status indicates the handling and processing time required to fulfil and process your order before dispatch. Actual shipping and delivery time depend on the selected shipping service during checkout - please refer to above Shipping Service & Rate section. Order delivery time frame are approximations and quoted by the courier company only.
Potential Lost Parcel
Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:
1) You open the claim with us by submitting a ticket within 14 business days* after the tracking is sent to you
2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier or any other relevant parties
*We may not be able to open investigation cases with the courier for cases reported to us after 14 calendar days of the tracking provided.
Damaged Goods
Below conditions are required in claiming a full refund or replacement for damaged good(s):
1) You open the claim with us by submitting a ticket within 48 hours of receipt*, plus providing us with the order number, item name and all photos of the package, including inner and outer box, courier bag, wrapped bubbles and product photos
2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier or any other relevant parties
*The receiving date is the date that parcel status shown as ‘delivered’. After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
Only physical loss or damage to an item during transit that is subject to the maximum liability stated in the terms and conditions of the courier service is covered by the companies. After the goods are successfully delivered to the intended location, this liability will end. DENTHYPE disclaims all liability for the aforementioned and any disputes arising from the delivery of goods. That notwithstanding, if you need to get in touch with the courier to address a problem, we will make every effort to help you.
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@denthype.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original and protective packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● The return item shall have adequate protective material to avoid damage through delivery.
