What countries do you ship to?

We currently only delivers to the United Kingdom, more countries will be available in the future.

How long will it take to get my order?

We aimed to dispatch orders on the same day if order received before 14:30, rest will dispatch on the next business day. If there are item(s) not in stock, we will email confirming you the date to dispatch your order.

Once dispatched, standard delivery will usually take 1-3 business day while express delivery will be arrived by 1pm next business day.

 
What payment methods do you accept?

We accepts VISA, Master, Amex as well payment through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I modify an order?

Please send us email on the modification request. We cannot change the order once the order already dispatched.

 
How can I track my order?

There will be no tracking for standard shipping. If you're using the express service, a separate email from Royal Mail will be delivered to you providing the tracking number and the delivery estimation.

 
What if my order arrives damaged?

We had carefully packed all the orders, if your order was damaged upon delivery, please take photo on the parcel as well the products inside, contact us through email. Please also check if the item(s) was / were damaged as there should have enough protection for each product.
